Last month (February 2006) a movie started to circulate on the internet...

Many folk did not see the humour at first until it became public knowledge that it was Microsoft staff who actually created the movie!

This video, which first surfaced on You Tube but has since been removed is put here for your enjoyment!

It pokes fun at Microsoft's tendency toward cluttered packaging by imagining how the company would have designed the box for the original iPod. (Allegedly created by the Microsoft packaging team.)

A Microsoft spokesperson is quoted as saying: "While MS did not release the video, it's natural to share funny things with friends. So while we didn't publicly share the video, it was shared with appropriate teams internally. We're happy to see others enjoy the laugh as well."
