Enables you to send and receive faxes, utilizing fax resources
available on this computer or on the network.

Marc Says::
You can't use your DSL or cable connection for faxing, only a modem
on a dial-up service. Also this service is not installed by default
so you may have to Open Control Panel, and click Add or Remove
Programs then click Add/Remove Windows Components. Select the Fax
Services check box, and then click Next. Then the "Windows Component
Wizard" takes care of the rest.
